1- Purpose of the service
Amplitude Business Trips offers its customers and/or any designated passenger, hire of a motorised two-wheeled vehicle with driver to take him or her to their chosen destination provided this destination is included in the area covered by our services.
2- Access to our services
A client who wishes to make use of our services must order a vehicle by telephone on 01 45 22 88 88 or by using our website www.amplitude-deplacements.com specifying name, address, and telephone number as well as all address details of their final destination together with any deadlines.
Should the journey be cancelled less than one hour before the agreed pickup time it will be billed to the client in its entirety; cancellation of a journey two hours before the agreed pickup time will incur a cancellation charge of 25 €.
3- Rates and conditions of payment
Payment should be made to the driver by bank card, cheque or cash at the end of the journey (except for account customers).
It is also possible to sign up to a pre-pay plan with Amplitude Business Trips for the use of our services.
4- Performance and Liabilities of Amplitude Business Trips
Amplitude Business Trips undertakes to exert its best efforts to transport the passenger to his or her destination as quickly as possible and in the best possible conditions of safety and comfort.
In these circumstances responsibility for the vehicle lies with Amplitude Business Trips who follow the rules of the Highway Code.
The liability of Amplitude Business Trips for personal injury to the passenger is unlimited, and for direct material and immaterial damage caused to the passenger is subject to limits set out in our current insurance contract, from and including the mounting of the vehicle and up to and including the descent from the vehicle; excepting any damage arising from the passenger’s own fault.For safety reasons neither smoking nor the transport of inflammable, explosive, corrosive or toxic substances or of dangerous objects is allowed. Failure to abide by these conditions will incur the liability of the client or passenger. In such cases Amplitude Business Trips reserves the right to pursue any and all recourse.
Animals may not be carried except by prior arrangement; in all events Amplitude Business Trips will accept no liability for them.
It is expressly agreed that transport delays due to unforeseeable problems with traffic will not legally entitle a right to any sort of compensation (traffic jams, diversions, accidents, adverse weather conditions, unforeseeable circumstances…)
